At Dr Insole, our custom orthotic insoles are individually designed and manufactured for each client. Because they are bespoke products, we want to ensure you have the opportunity to fully try them and confirm they meet your expectations.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your insoles. During this period you are encouraged to wear and test the insoles as part of your normal daily activities.
Adjustments
It is common for custom orthotics to require minor adjustments to achieve the best fit and comfort. If you experience any issues during the first 30 days, we encourage you to contact us so we can assess the problem and, where appropriate, make adjustments to improve comfort and performance.
Refunds
If, after reasonable adjustments, you are still not satisfied with your insoles, we will consider a refund within the 30-day guarantee period. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued where the product does not perform as intended despite adjustments.
