Although most folks have to make an appointment, Gary saw me immediately and went to work accessing my foot issue. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and made me a custom pair of insoles within the next couple of hours. He also suggested some new sneakers, and I went up the road and bought some, which his custom-made insoles fitted perfectly.
