“Gary, and his partner Wendy, are kind wonderful people. I was suffering intense foot pain while visiting London (Muswell Hill) and walked past their store. Although most folks have to make an appointment, Gary saw me immediately and went to work accessing my foot issue. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and made me a custom pair of insoles within the next couple of hours. He also suggested some new sneakers, and I went up the road and bought some, which his custom-made insoles fitted perfectly. Two weeks later I am now back in Canada and today I played 18 holes of golf in my new shoes and custom fitted Gary insoles. No pain at all. Thank you Gary so much.”
