Andrew came to us after being told he’d likely need foot surgery due to a painful bone coalition — a condition that caused him severe, sprain-like pain even after just 20 minutes of walking. The proposed surgery would have required up to 24 weeks of recovery, possibly even involving a wheelchair.
As a final option, his doctor suggested trying custom insoles. After some research, Andrew found Dr Insoles — and everything changed.

I just received my third pair of insoles from Gary Gallagher (Dr. Insole) a day ago. I’ve been using his insoles for many years, and from time to time I need a new pair as my flat feet improve and require different support. Recently, I went over a year without wearing insoles, and as a result, I developed severe ankle, knee, and lower back pain. It got to the point where I had to stop exercising, couldn’t go to work without pain and even standing up after just 30 minutes of sitting was a struggle.
