I give them 10 out of 10 for their services, their handmade insoles are the most comfortable I have ever had,  I decided to go private after my hospital told me I had to wait 18 months, (r n o h stanmore) for an appointment. With this they no longer make thier orthotics on site. They subout all thier orthotics these days , with this I found what I've had been given by the hospital, had not been as good as when they were, as when  they were making the insoles, on site in thier own work shop.

I received my second pair of Dr Insole foam insoles a few weeks ago. My previous pair lasted well over a year of  a lot of walking. The new insoles are very comfortable  and I thoroughly recommend them. This is my fourth pair of insoles from Gary, and they are simply the best.

I turned to Gary at Dr Insole after the pain in my knees and back had become almost constant and my only regret is that I didn't do it a long time ago!

I have had a whopping 2cm difference between my legs since I was young and am also very flat footed on my right foot. I had tried for 10 years to find a solution through the NHS both with physical modifications to the soles of my shoes and inserts but I couldn't find anybody who was able to spend the time with me to really work the problem through.

Right from the start of working with Gary I was so pleased and impressed with his determination to solve the problem for me, to create an insert with a 2cm raise is right at the limit of what is technically possible but thankfully Gary was up for the challenge and worked for months to get it right.

I ordered the foam inserts which provide more cushioning so I hope will protect my knees more over the long run, I haven't worn them for long yet but I instantly feel more stable and comfortable using these insoles and most importantly Gary has managed to get the arch support and taper from the sole to the toes right so my weight feels like it is travelling down my foot correctly and therefore my foot is no longer collapsing at the ankle which it did frequently with my previous inserts.

I cant recommend Gary highly enough and I have attached a picture of my insole in case anybody is in any doubt about how extreme the challenge was!

I have been suffering from chronic knee problems I am also flat feet, after a diagnostic Gary created an amazing insole.  At first my right feet insole was discomforting me Gary happily did another cast and made a new insole. A painful left foot led me to Mr Gallagher at Dr Insole...he took his time to create the perfect insoles for my walk and stance...gradually the pain has subsided now the pressure is off...i couldn't be without these custom supports now.

By far the best orthotic/insole place I have been to. Gary was very professional and friendly.

The insoles we needed were for my cousin who has a foot deformity and needed very special one of kind orthotics insoles and Gary worked hard to make them fit just right. We had them adjusted 2 times and Gary never complained, he kept saying it is my pleasure.

Overall his prices were very far and worth every penny,

Couldn't recommend this place more! Gary makes WONDERFUL insoles - so great that I crossed the English Channel from Belgium because I needed another set. He is extremely talented and a very kind person - you wont regret going there.
