I just received my third pair of insoles from Gary Gallagher (Dr. Insole) a day ago. I’ve been using his insoles for many years, and from time to time I need a new pair as my flat feet improve and require different support. Recently, I went over a year without wearing insoles, and as a result, I developed severe ankle, knee, and lower back pain. It got to the point where I had to stop exercising, couldn’t go to work without pain and even standing up after just 30 minutes of sitting was a struggle. After just one day of wearing my new insoles, my ankle pain is completely gone. It’s truly unbelievable and amazing. I also haven’t felt the knee pain since. Gary does an outstanding job, and I’ve learned not to ignore my feet again. I’m so happy to be back on my feet, pain-free. Thank you so much, Gary!

I turned to Gary at Dr Insole after the pain in my knees and back had become almost constant and my only regret is that I didn't do it a long time ago! I have had a whopping 2cm difference between my legs since I was young and am also very flat footed on my right foot. I had tried for 10 years to find a solution through the NHS both with physical modifications to the soles of my shoes and inserts but I couldn't find anybody who was able to spend the time with me to really work the problem through. Right from the start of working with Gary I was so pleased and impressed with his determination to solve the problem for me, to create an insert with a 2cm raise is right at the limit of what is technically possible but thankfully Gary was up for the challenge and worked for months to get it right. I ordered the foam inserts which provide more cushioning so I hope will protect my knees more over the long run, I haven't worn them for long yet but I instantly feel more stable and comfortable using these insoles and most importantly Gary has managed to get the arch support and taper from the sole to the toes right so my weight feels like it is travelling down my foot correctly and therefore my foot is no longer collapsing at the ankle which it did frequently with my previous inserts. I cant recommend Gary highly enough and I have attached a picture of my insole in case anybody is in any doubt about how extreme the challenge was!

Absolutely incredible service and insoles! I cannot recommend Gary enough - his insoles have been the best purchase I've made in years. A few months back a doctor said I'd have to have surgery due to a bone coalition on my right foot that was causing me severe, sprain-like pain even after walking 20 minutes. The surgery would have resulted in a 24 week recovery period potentially involving a wheelchair. But as a last resort, he recommended trying out a pair of insoles. I did some research online and came across Dr insoles and I am so glad I did. From the moment I met Gary, I felt at complete ease and trusted his advice. Within one week of my appointment, Gary had made my insoles and I cannot believe the huge difference it has made. I'm not exaggerating when I say it has helped change my life - a few weeks back I went in holiday to Japan and was able to consistently walk on average 25k steps per day, and reached 37k on one day. This would have been unimaginable before but thanks to Gary I managed this pain free.
