Andrew came to us after being told he’d likely need foot surgery due to a painful bone coalition — a condition that caused him severe, sprain-like pain even after just 20 minutes of walking. The proposed surgery would have required up to 24 weeks of recovery, possibly even involving a wheelchair.

I have had customised insoles for 3 months from Dr insole and it really helped to sort out my heel pain, when nothing else really worked. Excellent coverage for high arches. I would buy again in the future!
First of all, Gary is a fantastic and passionate guy who makes it his mission to make sure you get a "fits like a glove" product. In my case, I have size 14 freakishly large and flat feet all whilst at the time over 30 stone, I have been to other insole places in the past all with various levels of dispointment. I just received my third pair of insoles from Gary Gallagher (Dr. Insole) a day ago. I’ve been using his insoles for many years, and from time to time I need a new pair as my flat feet improve and require different support. Recently, I went over a year without wearing insoles, and as a result, I developed severe ankle, knee, and lower back pain. It got to the point where I had to stop exercising, couldn’t go to work without pain and even standing up after just 30 minutes of sitting was a struggle.
