3. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
Our custom orthotic insoles are bespoke products made specifically for each individual client. We want you to be fully satisfied with your insoles and therefore offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
During this period, adjustments may be recommended to ensure the best possible fit and comfort. If, after reasonable adjustments, you remain unsatisfied, a refund may be considered within the 30-day period.
For full details of our refund process and guarantee, please see our Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order before manufacture begins, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@drinsole.co.uk.
Cancellations requested after manufacture has started may not be eligible for a refund due to the bespoke nature of the product.
5. Delivery and Turnaround
We aim to complete bespoke insoles within 7 working days.
All timescales are indicative and may vary depending on individual requirements and workload.
6. Adjustments and Use
All bespoke insoles are made, fitted, and adjusted in-house and on-site.
Reasonable trimming and fitting adjustments are included as part of the service, provided the insoles are being used in the footwear they were made for.
We recommend that each pair of insoles be used only with the footwear they have been fitted to, as shoe shape and depth can affect performance and durability.
7. Faulty Returns
If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Faults do not include general wear and tear, damage caused by unsuitable footwear, or misuse.
